Build a Better Team

Creative Problem Solving

80% of organizations in North America have the words creative or innovative in their vision or mission statements. Realizing the vision or mission depends on people being creative and people leading creative teams.

The World Economic Forum considers Creative Problem Solving the #1 most important workplace skill. However, most technical and business education hones critical thinking only.

The good news is that creativity is a skill AND you can absolutely get better at it. Gain heaps of tips, tools and techniques for harnessing more creativity in yourself and your teams.

Meet your teachers: Dr. Marc & Samantha Hurwitz

Marc has a PhD in cognitive neuroscience, masters degrees in math, physics, and business. Because of that you might think he’s super right-brained but he writes poetry, acts/directs musicals, is a pinball wizard and a big time ideator (his FourSight® profile).

Samantha is a recovered corporate executive, filled with gratitude now to be tapping into her creativity as Chief Encouragement Officer of FliP U, co-founder of the Global Followership Conference, co-author of Leadership Is Half The Story and a teacher teaching stuff she loves.

Together they are “pracademic” and continue to exceed their full potential!

“Our heartfelt gratitude: the knowledge, insights and unwavering support you've shared have had a profound impact on our founders and been instrumental in shaping their experiences. We deeply appreciate the effort you have invested in every session.”

TAMARA COOPER, Program Coordinator, LiftOff By CCAWR
(Black Entrepreneurship Program)

“I love the work you both do (and your style and character as well). I wouldn’t hesitate to bring you in again to help faculty learn to make decisions better together.”
